Our Commitment

Webito Infotech has never sold your information to any third party for advertising or monetary purposes, nor will we ever do so. This commitment has been steadfast for nearly 20 years and continues unchanged. Our policy outlines what information we collect from you, how we use it, who can access it, and your options.

Part I – Information Webito Infotech collects and controls

At Webito Infotech, we only collect necessary information essential for providing our services to you. This includes details you voluntarily provide through email, contact forms, or when requesting our services or making purchases. We store your name, contact information such as phone numbers, social profiles, address, and project-related details.

When you visit our websites or use our services, we automatically log basic information like your site navigation, location, accessed features, and settings. This helps us enhance our websites, improve services, and better serve you.

At times, we receive information indirectly. For instance, if you inquire about our services through referral programs or reselling partners, or authenticate via services like LinkedIn, Google, or Facebook, they may share your contact details with us. We use this information to fulfill your requests. If you interact with our brand on social media (e.g., liking, commenting, retweeting, mentioning, or following us), we may access your profile information and interactions, retaining this data even if you later delete it from social media platforms.

What we do with your information

We use your information to provide the services you've requested and to manage your accounts. This includes communicating with you about the services you use, handling customer support requests, informing you about new services, opportunities for feedbacks, and updates to our policies. We analyze collected information to better understand user needs and enhance our websites and services.

We are obligated to have a legal basis for collecting and processing your information. Typically, this is either your consent or the necessity to provide the service you've requested. If neither applies, we must justify our actions under another legal basis, such as our legitimate business interests.

You can opt out of certain uses of your information by not providing it initially or by later opting out. You can also disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect certain website functionalities. We disable all third-party cookies across Webito Infotech websites.

Access to your personal information is limited to our employees and vendors who require it for legitimate business purposes.

The European Economic Area (EEA) grants specific rights to data subjects (including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object and lodge complaints). Webito Infotech commits to providing these rights regardless of your country of residence.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. Once your information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, as appropriate.

Part II – Information that Webito Infotech processes on your behalf

If you use Webito Infotech services to handle third-party data, such as information about your customers or employees, you are entrusting that data to us for processing.

As a service provider, you may share data related to your customers, employees, or vendors as part of project development. You retain ownership of this service data. We protect it, restrict access to it, and process it solely according to your instructions. If you are in the European Economic Area and believe that someone has entrusted your information to us for processing (e.g., your employer, employee, or a company whose services you use), you can request actions regarding your data. To exercise these rights, please contact the entity that entrusted us with your data, and we will collaborate with them to address your request.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy statement is made by the Webito Infotech Group, consisting of all entities listed here (collectively, "Webito Infotech," "we," "us," or "our"), and is effective as of May 25, 2018. It applies to all our divisions: Webito Infotech Limited and Netlancers Inc DBA Webito Infotech.

Webito Infotech’s Privacy Commitment

Webito Infotech has prioritized customer and user privacy for nearly 20 years, long before it became politically correct, fashionable, or legally required. We collect only the minimum necessary information, gathering it only when essential for business or a specific transaction. We inform customers about the information we have on them and allow them to opt out of specific engagements. Our primary commitment is that we do not earn revenue from advertising—never have, never will—even if you only submit a project inquiry without opting for our services. We avoid the conflict of interest between gathering customer information and generating advertising revenue, which inevitably compromises customer privacy.

This policy aims to explicitly state the information we gather on our customers and website users, how we will use it, and how we will not. While the policy may be longer than we would prefer, it is necessary to unambiguously address all relevant scenarios. We strive to keep the language as simple and direct as possible.

Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all Webito Infotech websites that link to it, as well as to the products and services provided through these websites and our mobile applications. It does not apply to any of our websites, products, or services that have a separate privacy policy.

Refund Policy

Webito Infotech believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and has therefore a considerate cancellation policy. We, as a merchant, provide a service that comes in the form of services. As such, our offering is not a tangible product that can be returned for a refund. It can be used immediately upon receipt; there is no product to return.

  • Webito Infotech undertakes all projects under the purview of Milestones that dictate the direction/road-map followed by the project. All Web Design/Development/Applications are carried out and accepted upon a complete analysis and creation of a complete scope document to ensure that teams have a complete understanding of the work needed to be done, eliminating possibilities of a project cancellation/reversal/dispute. Since Webito Infotech and the clientele realize that there is work involved in achieving every milestone of the project and completion of every module, a refund would not be possible for the work already completed.
  • Webito Infotech makes sure that in the case of a project termination on a mutual basis, the client has control of all the work done to that date and the money, if paid for further development, is returned. Webito Infotech also respects a decision made by a client to work with a different provider within 48 hours of the project initiation. In such a scenario, Webito Infotech would refund the amount for the project that has been paid to date. No cancellations are entertained for those services that the Webito Infotech marketing team has offered on special occasions. These are limited occasion offers, and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Development Services and Consulting – if the services opted by you are T&M (Time & Material) based services or Hire Dedicated Developer service, these are non-refundable.
  • Webito Infotech makes sure that in case of a project termination on a mutual basis, the client has control of all the work done till that date and the money, if paid for further development, is returned.
